Adaptive Skills Assessment

Adaptive skills assessments use a mix of observations, standardized (ex. questionnaires), and qualitative tools to understand a person's adaptive skills (or activities of daily living), such as:

• Communication and social skills

• Independent living skills

• Employment skills

• Practical academic skills

• Community safety skills

Each assessment will include a written report that will support the development of Adaptive Skills Training programs, recommendations, and resources.

Fee: $125/hour (10 hours minimum to complete assessment including written report)

Payment options: Private pay or California Self- Determination Program
